Experience

I am a wife of many years, a mother. and a first generation of immigrant parents. I believe that healing begins with connection. As a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in three states, California, Hawaii and New York, my practice includes working with adults and Seniors and the utilization of an eclectic combination of modalities because I do not believe there is only one way to treat a client's issues. My work experiences are within the areas of personal growth, life planning, family conflict, relationship problems, isolation, bereavement and caregiver stress.

My focus is to help individuals become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a nonjudgemental, safe space, listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan to fit your needs.
